Active Accounts: For as long as you maintain an active account, we retain your reflections and entries to ensure your sanctuary remains accessible to you.

Account Deletion: Should you choose to delete your account, we will permanently remove or anonymize your personal data and reflections from our active databases within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain specific information for a longer period.

Data Integrity: We regularly audit our data storage to ensure we are not holding onto information that is no longer required for the operation of the platform.

Your Rights: Access and Correction

Under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to manage the personal data we hold about you.

Right of Access: You may request to access the personal data we hold about you and request information on how your data has been used or disclosed by us within the past year.

Right of Correction: You may request to correct any errors or omissions in your personal data. We are committed to ensuring the information we hold is accurate and complete, especially when it is used to provide services to you.

We are not liable for the loss or misuse of sensitive credentials stored within your entries in violation of these guidelines.

Personal Security Habits: Small, steady habits protect the sanctuary as much as our infrastructure does.

Use a Dedicated Manager: For sensitive information (like passwords and banking data), we strongly recommend using a dedicated, encrypted password manager.

Account Hygiene: Use a unique, strong password for your The Avenuary account that you do not use on other platforms.
